Bookings that are cancelled, or reduced in duration or number of participants, are subject to cancellation and no-show fees - if cancelled within 90 days of the arrival date, as follows:
90 days before arrival: 30%
60 to 45 days before the arrival date: 60%
Within 30 days: 80%
Within 7 days: 100%
If we cancel: It is extremely rare for us to have to cancel confirmed bookings. We always try to avoid cancellation, but we must reserve the right to do so. We will not cancel your confirmed holiday less than 60 days before departure, unless forced to do so by unusual and unforeseeable events or circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel your tour (unless you have not made payment or in the event of force majeure*), we will offer you the choice of purchasing an alternative tour of a similar standard to the one originally booked, if available, for the same period. If the chosen alternative is cheaper than your original tour, we will refund the difference. If it is more expensive, we will ask you to pay the difference. Alternatively, you are entitled to a full refund of all amounts you have paid us. We are not able to pay for expenses and losses incurred as a result of any cancellation.
All nationals will need to obtain a visa for Tanzania. The cost of this visa per person and per entry is 50 USD for non-Americans and 100 USD for US citizens. Wellness and Safari Ltd therefore does not accept responsibility for any inadequate care provided.
Tanzania has put in place permanent national insurance regulations; for more details, please consult the official government website: https://www.tira.go.tz/
